How does the Reports module work?

In the B2Chat's Reports module you will see a list of the different reports you can generate

Select the option you want and then you will find a series of filters that will feed your report with the data you need. Your reports will also display other reports in the form of Dashboards, here you will be able to visualize your information with indicators, tables, bar charts or line graphs.

In B2Chat you can generate the following types of reports:

Chat times: know how long each customer takes to be served.

Chats: identify the behavior of your chats by categories (new, completed, answered by agents).

Messages: check the flow of messages received by your agents on a daily basis.

Transfers: find out which of your agents are the ones who transfer the most chats, which are the ones who receive the most transferred chats and in general how long they take to resolve your customers’ concerns.

Departments: find out which departments have the most activity, which agents are the busiest and how the volume of chats behaves in your company in general.
