How to create them?

Step 1: In the General Settings module, go to Automatic Tracking Messages and click the New Message button.

Step 2: Write the content of the message in the form that appears on the screen and select the channel you want to send it to (WhatsApp or all other channels), the number of hours in which you will send the message, the department, and that’s it!
