Create and manage your agents in the B2Chat Users Module
Agents: they are in charge of answering all the messages that reach your company. Their access to the platform is a bit more limited, because they can only see the contacts module and the console module.
Managers: these are the people who manage the platform within your company and therefore have full access to all modules; they can audit, view reports, configure departments, quick responses and other settings. In addition, they can also send and receive messages as an agent.
Create the number of users you need to attend your chats from all your channels simultaneously.
