WhatsApp batch messages are the best way to keep your customers and suppliers informed on a massive scale, saving time and the effort of sending individual messages to each contact. In addition, they are interactive, meaning that you can include images, links or files to download in your messages.

Then follow the steps below:

Step 1: Find the Batch Messages module at the bottom left of the B2Chat console, enter the name of your campaign and the line from which it will send messages. You can also choose who you assign your mass mailing chats to: all agents, a department or a specific agent.

Step 2: Select your message template and customize the template fields.

Step 3: Attach your contact database in Excel, if you do not have one or if it is your first time, you can download an example.

Step 4: Once your file is uploaded to the platform, click Finish and send if you want to send it immediately or schedule sending if you want to send it at a particular time and date.

When you use the Batch Messages module you can:
